Here we learn that God judged Adam and Eve in the presence of Satan for their rebellion through disobedience. We also learn the consequences of this for Satan was that he would bruise the heel of Eve’s seed, Christ, but that her seed, Christ, would bruise/wound his head. The head wound is always considered in biblical terminology to mean a fatal blow. This decree of God was sure and destined to come to pass, which it did four thousand years later.
Under the first Adam we received the curse of all things created, plants, rocks, animals and humans. Pestilences, hard physical work, a shortening of the physical life and death were the disciplines for rebellion against our Creator God.

Here we learn that under the second Adam, Christ, we have received the healing of all things created, plants, rocks, animals and humans. Pestilences, and hard physical work are destined to be reduced, and physical life is destined to be increased. The question is; “How much will physical life be increased in the Kingdom of Christ?”
This later event was the appearing of Christ, the second Adam, the only begotten Son of God, the faithful Adam who would obey his father even unto the death of the cross.
